Information collected by Herbal Traditions Ltd (trading as The Test Clinic) collects the details provided by you on registration together with information we learn about you from your use of our service through Clinic visits, your visits to our web site and other sites accessible from them. We also collect information about the transactions you undertake including limited details of payment cards used. We may collect additional information in connection with your participation in any promotions or competitions offered by us and information you provide when giving us feedback or completing profile forms. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site use which enables us to improve the service we provide.

Outside of the testing environment related to a test we will never pass your personal details to an outside party except for any successors in title to our business and suppliers that process data on our behalf both in the UK and abroad. We may also use and disclose information in aggregate (so that no individual customers are identified) for marketing and strategic development purposes.

 


Web Site

Our site is hosted on Wix . They provide us with the online platform that allows us to promote our products and services to you.

 

Your data is stored through Wix’s data storage, databases and the general Wix application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

 

When you click on links on our site, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

 

 

Payment

If you choose a direct payment gateway to pay our invoice, then we will issue you with a PayPal invoice. PayPal may store your credit card data if this is an option you select. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

 

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

 

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

The Test Clinic mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Herbal Traditions Ltd (“The Test Clinic”, “we”, or “us”). By consenting to The Test Clinic’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of The Test Clinic through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with The Test Clinic. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

 

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to The Test Clinic or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you.

The contents of our test reports are not meant to infer any diagnosis, treatment or cure of specific conditions and illnesses.
